Founded by Magdalena Fulton, a global youth development strategist with over two decades of experience, MAGREY blends deep technical expertise with a sharp systems lens and a commitment to equity. From co-designing solutions with youth in conflict-affected regions to influencing policy at the highest levels, our work bridges grassroots energy with institutional reach.
MAGREY was born out of deep respect and inspiration—sparked by the countless young changemakers and youth-serving organizations we’ve partnered with around the world, and by the two young people who inspire me most every day: my children, Magnolia and Jeffrey. They constantly remind me what’s possible when young people are believed in, supported, and truly heard.

The Youth Advantage
Because no challenge facing our world today can be solved without young people at the center.
With over 1.9 billion people aged 10–24, this is the largest, most diverse, most connected generation in human history. Young people are already leading movements, reshaping economies, building peace, driving climate action, and reimagining what is possible. They are not just the future—they are the now.
And yet, they remain underrepresented in decision-making spaces, underfunded in development investments, and too often relegated to symbolic participation. That’s not just unjust—it’s a missed opportunity.
