Our Core Services in
Positive Youth Development

Vision

At MAGREY Consulting, we envision a world where every young person has the power, resources, and support to shape systems, influence policy, and drive lasting change in their communities and beyond.

Mission

MAGREY Consulting partners with youth organizations, donors, and institutions to design scalable, equitable, and youth-led development strategies. We serve as catalysts and guides—supporting locally rooted solutions with systems thinking, technical expertise, and youth voice at the center.

Our work is never transactional. We build lasting partnerships grounded in trust, collaboration, and shared purpose. Whether co-creating with youth-led movements or advising global funders, we are committed to walking alongside our partners to drive transformative, youth-powered impact.

“I raise up my voice—not so I can shout, but so that those without a voice can be heard.”
Malala Yousafzai, Nobel Peace Prize laureate and education advocate

Registered as a sponsored child when she was just seven years old, Luana, 18, is now an inspiring young woman. Plan International started working in Luanaâs community in 2004 and she fondly remembers playing at the play centre the organisation built when she was a young child.

A few years ago, heavy rains left Luana and her mother homeless. Their house collapsed and they lost all their furniture and personal belongings. With Plan International's support, she has been able to continue her education and resume her life, participating in a number of projects that focus on empowering quilombola communities. Luana is keen to put everything she has learned from Plan International to good use and has big dreams of one day becoming a journalist.

Through a journey of self-reflection and personal transformation, these boys are engaging with other boys and girls in their schools and communities to challenge harmful gender norms. The Champions of Change programme is driving behaviour change and shifting attitudes of young men, resulting in more equitable communities.
